Getting Started

To get started with TradingCursor, simply create an account and choose a subscription plan that fits your needs. Once registered, you'll have immediate access to our trading tools and resources based on your subscription level.
TradingCursor provide tools and resources (indicators, ...) for TradingView. Our tools can be used alongside your existing trading setup without requiring any complex integration.
While prior trading experience is helpful, TradingCursor is designed for traders of all skill levels. We provide educational ai backtesting service that both beginners and experienced traders can benefit from.
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for new users to test our platform. During the trial, you'll have access to most of our features so you can evaluate if TradingCursor is right for your trading needs.
After registration, you'll receive a verification email. Simply copy/paste the verification code from the email to activate your account. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification email from our authentication page by clicking on 'Resend Code'.

Subscription & Billing

We offer several subscription tiers: Basic, Essential. Each plan provides different levels of access to our tools, resources, and features. You can view detailed plan comparisons on our Pricing page.
You can change your subscription plan at any time from your account page. Navigate to 'Subscription' and select 'Change Plan' to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page in manage plan section. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
If you notice an unauthorized charge, please contact our support team immediately at support@tradingcursor.freshdesk.com with your account email address and transaction informations (amount, date, etc.).

To delete your account, please contact our support team. Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our systems.
